Day one

Today we travel to our hotel and have free time to start to get to grips of the wonderful city of Liverpool, former Capital of Culture.

Day two

This morning we are transported back to the Swinging Sixties on an entertaining 3-hour Beatles taxi tour. Touring around Liverpool and its surrounding suburbs in our private taxi, driven by a local expert guide, we learn all about Liverpool’s fab four lads with visits to some of the iconic places that shaped their lives – and songs. Tour highlights include their childhood homes, the place where John Lennon met a 15-year-old Paul McCartney for the first time in 1957, the famous Penny Lane street, Strawberry Field and Eleanor Rigby’s grave. This nostalgic tour also includes stops for photos and refreshments.

Day three

Today we embark on a 50-minute river cruise with Mersey Ferries, the perfect way to experience the incredible scenery from the river. We then have the rest of the day free to explore, including around Albert Dock, the base of our hotel.

On our final day, with have the last chance to explore the city before leaving in the late afternoon.

Located at Kings Dock on Liverpool’s famous waterfront, next to the state of the art Liverpool Exhibition Centre, the Pullman Hotel is just a five minute stroll to the vibrant Albert Dock and all its famous attractions. The well decorated bedrooms finished to a high standard which also contain bathrobes and slippers. Views from the bedrooms are of the Albert Dock or the Mersey River. The large, modern, open plan restaurant has views over some areas of the Albert Dock and there is a comfortable bar and well-equipped gym.

Value £70-£100pp - £25pp deposit

Value £100-£500pp - £50pp deposit

Value over £500pp - £75pp deposit

The full balance of holidays is due at least 6 weeks before the trip. Bookings made within 6 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
