Departure times are estimates only.  Driver will confirm departure time when dropping off at location.  While in most cases we can allocate the seats you book, occasionally vehicles have to change for operational reasons.

Deposits

 

For all our day trips, where the adult price of a trip is £20 or more, you can secure your seats with just a £10 deposit. The full balance is then due at least two weeks before the trip.  On selected day trips and events, payment is due four weeks before the trip.

 

Departure & return times

 

We reserve the right to alter departure times for operational reasons.  We will notify you of any change in good time.  Departure times may vary depending on traffic between pick-up points, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

 

Excursion return times vary, depending on the nature of the trip and travelling distance.  We give estimated return times on our website for most trips - these are for guidance only and we cannot accept responsibility for missed connections if we are back later than expected.
